Our Free Wheeling program gives our clients the freedom to get from place to place (to school, and more!). Plus – they’re able to learn the pride of bicycle ownership and how to maintain one at the same time!
It’s a true partnership with JLG Industries, who repair and teach the children how to repair and be safe!
Bikes can be dropped off from 8am to noon each day, Monday through Friday at our location at 131 North Ave, Hagerstown, MD.
